Here is the list of our committees and their members to this date:
• Religious (Jamshid, Neda and Shirin): Religious celebrations such as Mehregan, Tirgan and Sadeh, Other ceremonies such as Gahanbar, Verahram Izad, Porseh etc., Religious classes for kids.
• Art and Culture (Atriya, Neda, Sarvenaz): Cultural events including Newruz and Yalda, Poetry night, Shahnameh Khani, Handcraft exhibition, Music performances and classes.
• Science and Technology (Afshin, Shirin): Activating website, Creating online members database, Workshops and classes such as Resume and Interview, Internet etc.
• Sports and Entertainment (Atriya, Bahram, Sarvenaz): Organizing sport teams and practices for attending Zoroastrian sport events, Sport and entertainment events such as hiking, picnic etc., Youth dance nights.
– We are looking for interested individuals who can help us create a logo for ZSWS. We have plan to make T-shirts for members with the logo. Please send us your ideas.
• Darbe Mehr (Afshin, Bahram, Jamshid): Following up the task of raising money and purchasing a location for ZSWS.
– Our first meeting was held on 1/22/2012 with participation of: Afshin Sepehri, Jamshid Pouresfandiary, Bahram Namiranian, Alayar Dabestani, Peymon Namdaran, Farhad Namdaran, Shahrokh Ravani, Ardeshir Ravani, Rostam Azarkeyvan, and Iraj Salamati.
